Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
For custom items (namesets, printing, special orders), please allow additional processing time.
Returns
At Soccer Store, we want every customer to love what they buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
In brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in original packaging (if applicable with all tags attached
Custom items (printed names, numbers, team customization) are non-returnable, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right immediately.
